YouTube closed for business (just today not forever)

Not sure how long they are going to be down, but if you go to YouTube right now they have this lovely "We're revamping" screen. Seems odd that they would shut down in the middle of the week and not during the weekend from like 10pm-5am (like what the transportation folks do when they are doing construction on the freeways).

At second thought, perhaps for YouTube the opposite is true for them and their highest traffic is on the weekends in the wee hours. On a Tuesday morning, you should be "working" and not watching videos of lip-syncers and drunken stupors.
